Kitchen

The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, large oven, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator/freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, cutlery, kettle, teapot and telephone. There is a separate kitchen table and four chairs ideal for those with children.

Utility/Laundry Room - The utility/laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and separate sink.

Formal Dining Area

This room offers a large dining table and 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Formal Sitting Room

The sitting room has a sofa, two armchairs and coffee table and is perfect as a place to rest, relax and look out at the swimming pool. This area has direct access to the pool area through sliding patio doors.

Master Bedroom

The sitting room has a sofa, two armchairs and coffee table and is perfect as a place to rest, relax and look out at the swimming pool. This area has direct access to the pool area through sliding patio doors.

The large master bedroom has sliding patio doors to the pool area and a king size bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, cable TV/DVD player and alarm clock radio. The en-suite bathroom has a large spa bath, walk-in shower, double vanity unit with hairdryer and a separate WC.

Second Master Bedroom

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed (a UK king), cable TV, alarm clock radio, walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower (no bath). The bathroom has a door for direct access to the swimming pool.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has twin beds, alarm clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4

This bedroom has twin beds, alarm clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.

Family Bathroom

The large family bathroom has a bath with shower.

Bedroom 5

This large bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, TV, alarm clock radio, wardrobe and superb views of the golf course.

Study/Playroom

This room can be used how you choose as a study, playroom or even a sixth bedroom. The room includes a comfortable sofabed, a desk and office chair. We have also added a Playstation 2 (US version), a small TV and some games.

Pool Area

The pool and terrace offers a lanai with table, chairs and sun-loungers. A Weber barbeque is also available together with a range of outdoor crockery and glasses for safe use out of doors.
